Haha... 2 thing to talk about today,

1st thing
After school me & xavier when garden mac to eat with some other friends, ate Mac spicy haha become fat le...Than we when to central to take bus 100 to golden mile halfway though the journey the bus pass by geylang, when we pass by geylang xavier keep looking outside of the bus window finding for 鸡(positude)..haha disgusting rite almost every girl at geylang he say is 鸡...stupid rite? haha no brain wan....We bought muay thai pants omg is so expensive la is not $10, $20 but is $30 ex rite?Beside that i bought thick skipping rope that is made of heavy tube quite heavy when u skip,the last thing is thailand medical oil heard that is good so try it...Total is cost around $42++ super ex AHHHS...i have a big hole in my pocket but some plan will jus carry on!!!Than after we finish buying the thing we when up to the 3rd floor there is a muay thai training centre there its like jus useless haha...When we take bus back to central xavier is excited about the 鸡 again, however the bus didn pass by geylang, xavier is so disappointed....

2nd thing
Today, training is super tough we done 10 laps of breaststoke arm pull,16 lap of freestyle arm pull,back kick, towing & the last wan is the super tiring wan, every lap of freestyle we must go up and do 10 push up, we done around 10++set of this my arm is strong now haha...
